Novelty items Extending the Sipal product range

Within its cereal line, Sipal Partners is launching two new syrups:

• Seda-Fruct : Its exceptionally high fructose content of > 95% makes Seda-Fruct the ingredient with the highest sweetness level on the organic products market. It is multi-purpose, so you can use it, among other things, to enhance the flavour of your preparations (drinks, yoghurts, fruit preparations, baby food, ice creams, etc.) and to meet the demand for products with a low glycemic index.
  
  
• Sipa-Rice 35 : the ideal basic ingredient for the manufacture of Vegetable Drinks. The taste of the rice, the natural sweetness as well as the non allergenic properties of the new syrup will serve as additional arguments to make a success of all your projects.
  

Sipal Partners is expanding the Sipal product range with new organic syrups made of dried fruit:

• Sipa‑Dates Dates juice concentrate
• Sipa‑Figs Figs juice concentrate (concentration at low temperature)
• Sipa-Prunes Prunes juice concentrate (concentration at low temperature)

As natural sweeteners, they add a fruity taste and colour to a wide range of products such as: biscuits, cereal bars, breakfast cereals, drinks, yoghurts, desserts, sauces, etc. Thanks to a new installation, the syrups are concentrated at a low temperature and thus preserve their flavour for use in products such as drinks.
