Sipal Partners offers a range of 23 organic syrups, produced from 5 cereals (wheat, corn, rice, barley and dinkel wheat) and from manioc.
A simple and clean process that respects the environment, raw materials and a philosophy that has the organic sector at heart.
Thanks to the absence of refining, the trace elements and nutrients initially present in the cereals remain in our syrups and dehydrated syrups.
The original products are in no way altered by heavy and complicated treatments.
"Sipal©" products were the first on the market more than twelve years ago. The manufacturing process is unique and original (there is no demineralisation): it is the only process that respects the spirit of organic products and the legislation on organic products in every detail.
Products that perform multiple tasks
- They have varied sweetening powers (Dextrose Equivalent-DE- from 9 to 97)
- They have technical properties and, in particular, a very varied viscosity depending on the level of hydrolysis employed.
- They satisfy the criteria of modern alimentation:
- by their nutritional properties: trace elements, multiple sugars, etc.
- and by their response to allergy problems.
