Description

Liquid organic manioc glucose syrup, obtained by the hydrolysis of manioc starch using natural enzymes (GMO free). It is transparent, lightly golden with a neutral and lightly sweet flavour. It is viscous because of its sizeable higher sugar content.


Uses

Biscuits, ice creams, cereal-based products (bars and breakfast foods), sauces, baby food, etc.
